Small Steps Academy is a ministry arm of Our Savior's Lutheran Church. As such, we exist to create an outreach opportunity to share the Gospel message with children and families in our community that may not yet know Jesus as their Savior from sin.

Small Steps Academy is, therefore, established to train children in a caring Christian environment. We work with children to assist them in their spiritual, intellectual, physical, and social-emotional development. We consider ourselves partners with parents in the training of their children.
Small Steps Academy is truly amazing. The staff pour their hearts and love into every student, creating a nurturing and inspiring environment where children thrive. What sets them apart is their unwavering commitment to individualized attention—every child is seen, heard, and supported in a way that meets their unique needs. It's more than just a school; it's a community where students are empowered to grow with confidence and joy. I thank Small Steps every day for making such a difference in mine and my child’s life!

We can’t say enough good things about Levi’s 1-year-old class! From the very beginning, Nancy, Kim, and Angelica have been such a gift to our family. We were a little hesitant at first about starting him in “school” so young (especially since our daughter started a bit later), but it quickly became clear that this was one of the best decisions we’ve made for him.
